Eric was a great help putting together our estate planning documents. He made the process about as easy as possible.
Eric Gold, Esq. drafted my will and trust after my second child was born. I had a will and trust from 2016, but wanted it redrafted to include my daughter, who was born in 2022. Communication was very easy. First, Mr. Gold asked what I needed, and I described what I wanted. Second, I uploaded my former will and trust via the client portal so he could review what was in place before. Third, he was very thorough, obtained the deed to my current residence to add to the trust, and completed the paperwork for my review. Once it was ready, it was sent to me for final approval, and then I made an appointment to sign in his office. He provided a notary for me on-site for my convenience. He went through each document with me, explaining the significance of each one. He then answered any questions I had. Once execution was completed, I was sent home with the original, and was able to download the final version via the portal. I would recommend him and his staff without hesitation.
