I was arrested back in 2012 and after serving my sentenceIce I was held by Ice ready to be deported. I have a felony and not only did she help me with my immigration case but she help guide my criminal attorney into getting me a shorter sentence. A lot of people told me I wasn’t going to be able to get out of that detention center, that the judge wouldn’t grant me bail because of the felony I had but Erika was able to bail me out. Since then she’s not only help me stay in the United States with my kids but I’m one step closer to getting my green card. For helping my dad’s case with 3 active felonies from 19years ago & for finding a solution in how to work with the DA’s and the judge to convince them that my dad is no criminal, he simply made a mistake in trying to provide for his family when we were younger .
