I just started going here and everybody that works here are very nice and informative. They make you feel very welcome! They always answer their phone and they always call back if they need too. I highly recommend this place. My parents went here as well a while back and also had a great experience. They have been very helpful with everything so far. Friendly caring staff! Fair price! My sis and brother used Frank so here I am doing so too! Daniel Rickert is a FANTASTIC attorney and used to sit on the other side of the desk. He knows bankruptcy law every which way but loose! 25 yrs experience! If you don't use Sorrentino Law you are doing yourself a disservice! They charged me $1200.00, that price included the filing fee, it was not extra, for my Chapter 7. They will take payments, I paid it in full right away, they will not file your case with the court until u pay all fees. Even then it takes about 30 days for them to schedule the filing. And then another 30 days for your court date...then another 3 months for the discharge to be completed. For the downpayment though, you can tell your creditors to call Frank, and stop calling you! My bankruptcy was final July 2019.

Treated badly by paralegal in his office. Rude unsympathetic to my medical situation. Had 2 neck surgeries since December. I'm self employed. Prior 2018 had hip and knee replacements . I'm a cosmetologist and permanent makeup artist. Unable to work,since pandemic virus now. Ask for refund since I haven't completed paperwork, as I was able to get a lawyer thru nevada civil rights pro bono. The paralegal Mike on 2 different occasions has spoken to me so unprofessionally condicending and demeaning . I just cant even belive he's in this law firm. Very disappointed that I have no choice in my current situation. As Mike told me I'd never get my money back .sorry he even answered the phone. I could forget it.
