We've worked with Luke on a number of family planning and estate issues over the years. He's always been able to ascertain what outcome we desire, and then guide us through the easiest path there. Wouldn't hesitate to call him again in the future.

Luke is representing a good friend of mines ex wife and has made portrayed my name in emails with out ever consulting me. I have tried to contact him numerous times to clear my name. He has not returned my call and has instructed his secretary to tell me he will not speak to me no matter what and it’s not even about the case. Do not hire him shameful that a attorney does these things without facts.

Was a beneficiary of an estate not his actual client. Had to get my own representation to get him to work on a case that had been on his docket for 5+years. Yes I said years! Edit: 6months after court ordered mediation we are still waiting. Luke is a bad communicator, unmotivated, and lacks experience and knowledge.

I would not recommend Luke at this firm. He takes your money and does whatever he wants even if it's against your instructions. They said they wouldn't answer a question until I paid an additional retainer of thousands of dollars. He was derogatory and belittling and no service professional should act like that. He wrote six page letters in response to matters that wouldn't even be applicable. Didn’t return calls, and said e-mail me so they could have an unlimited amount of time to respond. Don't use Like. Luke is a waste of money and time. I will say that the little bit Fred did was very helpful and took just a little time, and not the run around and often conflicting information Luke gave me. But I think he is semi-retired.

I would not recommend Luke at this firm. Both me and my current husband used him. He didn’t forward information about our cases until we requested them. Many times too late. He never answered calls or emails. But he sure would bill you for anything even if you didn’t ask for it. He is the reason my husband is now representing himself and most likely the reason he lost his case so far. I have to return to court to enforce my JOD and will not be using him. He put a clause in the JOD that wasn’t to my best interest. Taught me to always do your research even with your own attorney.
