DO NOT RETAIN THIS ATTORNEY!! Completely mislead us on possible outcomes on our tax case, likely just to get our retainer. He does not return phone calls, emails and bills erroneously. When we decided to go to another attorney, he billed out our entire retainer. We had to contact the AZ State Bar to even get him to respond to us. When he did respond, he did not answer any of our questions and had the nerve to get hostile. He did more damage than anything and left us out to dry. In the middle of our meeting with the IRS, he said he withdrew his counsel and refused to even explain the content of the documents we had to sign. This attorney should not be allowed to practice law.
