If I could leave a 0 for Stephen New I would!! Was told had a case for (2 years) being strung along and then when it was filed after all these meetings being told we got this in the bag??... Then was told didn't have a case after the fact the company he was suing threatened to take his license! Someone please tell me what that's about?! Then tries to blame the clients saying there was left out information?!! Seriously?!? For 2 yrs there was left out information after having these meetings where you collect information?? Yeah makes perfect sense! Getting people's hopes and dreams up, was also told if anything else happens and there is any retaliation harassment to let him know he could help that way and when harassment starts with all those involved Stephen New sends a letter saying they can't help!? Doesn't even have the decency to call and say why! Wasted people's time and lied!! Useless. Corruption is real and I bet he was paid off!! Evil world we live in. Using people to still get what you want while stringing them along within lies and deceat! I believe in Karma. One day it will find you and I hope you remember all the souls you hurt!

I would give 0 stars if that were an option. I was a pedestrian hit by Jancare ambulance. I unfortunately acquired New for an attorney, he strung me along for 2 years and then right before the statute ran out he told me I needed to find another attorney. Knowing that wasn't at all possible with only a week left. 100% without a doubt he was paid off by Jancare. Stephen New has no ethics or morals. Thanks to the great attorney I couldn't get the medical attention that was needed and I'll suffer that the rest of my life. May God touch your heart and make you a better person Mr Stephen P. New

Overall I believe Mr. New and Mrs. Taylor are fantastic lawyers and truly care about their clients. They do everything they can and then some. I have even known them to make house calls before Covid. I’m not sure if they still do.
