The initial receptionist that answered the phone was very professional and nice . I asked to schedule a consultation and she immediately got a lawyer on the phone . Gary . Not sure if Gary was having a bad day but when he answered the phone he was short and curt (came of rude ) as if I was bothering him by calling . So I hung up . Not the kind of energy you want when searching for a lawyer to help you . If I say “Hey Gary , how are you today ?” And you reply with a flat unemotional “im alright” , doesn’t really come off as if you want to help or that you’re even open to it . I mean pleasantries may be overrated but that’s just basic professionalism . Will continue my lawyer search elsewhere . I wanted to schedule something so that I wasn’t interrupting someone’s day but apparently that was for naught.

I do not recommend them at all. Gary Russel put 0 effort in my case. He Never called and prepared horribly. You can tell he just wanted the check. Absolutely horrible at convincing the jury his story. Go somewhere else !!!

I would absolutely recommend Gary Russell. My divorce was extremely contentious, Gary was very professional and kept me well informed. He walked me through each detail and was always prepared. He negotiated tirelessly on my behalf and got me the best possible outcome during this stressful time. His insight and advice was spot on! I couldn’t have had a better firm working for me.
