Living trust is something for other people but not for us; at least that's what we thought when we were still young. I came to Gilbert Gutierrez with my Uncle to set up a Family Trust. This Family Trust was not a straight forward Trust. It has some components in it that made it a bit complicated. Shortly after the Family Trust was set up my Uncle pasted away. Gilbert's office was very professional and helpful through this whole process. I had many questions on how to proceed as the Trustee of the Trust. Mr. Gutierrez's office guided me all along the way. Helping me step by step. They handled the transferring and recording of several properties. This process has been very smooth. The staff has always been friendly and helpful when I have questions or concerns. Jiri has been great at communicating and keeping me informed. Making time to sit down and bringing me up to date on where we are in the process. Never rushed through, always making sure my questions were answered. Gilbert has been great to defend and address issues that came up legally. I did not have to worry about attending court or how to respond when corresponding with other attorney's. Gilbert has taken care of all of this. I have been very happy with Gilbert Gutierrez and Jiri and office staff. As the Trustee of the Trust I have responsibilities and duties to fulfill that are mine to complete. Gilbert's office has been great at keeping me on track throughout this process. I am very happy with the work they have done and are doing for me.

Gilbert Gutierrez over promises with BIG time lies to get your money and make you feel at ease to get you to go with his services . He practically guarantee me that my case was won from the get go if I went with him because that was his forte as an attorney, and the reason why it was so expensive is because he did not want to call me every moth to get more money. He charged me $100 for the first lies to bate me in +$7500 retainer fee +$ $750 court fees +$500 prelim of title fee ,under the pretenses that was a very experience attorney and he defended several clients were all of them had succeeded with the same case that I had and still have before I spent that money + another $ 4950 he claims I still owes him for doing nothing ,because I still have to hire another attorney to help me with The same problem Mr. Gutierrez promised me he was going to handle and DID NOT, plus he wants to hold my paper work hostage ,which I found out with The Bar Association that he can not do that . In conclusion for all you readers Gilbert Gutierrez overpromises and underdeliver, remember do not believe him .

Caution, he did nothing and paid himself $4300.00 dishonest, and a very good liar, he seems very funny and honest but trust me, stay away like the other ratings tell you, we arent just making this up. He sent out 5 letters and spoke to me 6 times on the phone no longer than 15 mins. He made a fake email,like he had sent it to me telling me my retainer fee was used up, but all bs you could tell the email was never sent. Very disappointing, how can he sleep at night knowing he is just taking advantage of people and taking their money to do nothing for them. I thank God I have faith and I know people like that don't just walk away their day comes.
