Greg was my mother's lawyer in a case where she was wrongfully accused of a crime. He and his office staff are very easy to work with and we were very happy with the results of the case. We consulted a lot of local lawyers who told my mother that it would be impossible to win her case and gave us crazy rates if they were to take on the case. Greg has great rates and quality work compared to his competitors in the northeast. I highly recommend him!

I am only giving 1 star because I cannot give a 0. Do not use this firm if you in the midst of an immigration issue! My husband and I came to this firm for Bruce Dizengoff. He was wonderful, very compassionate, honest, caring and knowledgeable. He is no longer with the firm and we were switched to Natalia. We went to court for my husband's master hearing on 8/6/18 and the attorney was not prepared and did not research the case prior to the hearing. After the hearing I gave a check to her to file my husband's work permit papers. I was also told then that we would have to come up with money to file an I-130 form. That was it. I was told that she would file the work permit by the end of the week. I have called the firm several times and emailed Natalia 3 times. NO response! I just wanted to know why the check was not cleared through my bank yet and had other questions. I called today again and I was put on the phone with a paralegal. She advised me that my check was still sitting there and the work permit was not even filed yet. Really a month and a half later. I asked when could she do it. She said she could try to complete it today. I was also told by the paralegal that they needed additional information for the I-130 that was never discussed with us before. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of communication and service. I called back in to voice my concern to Mr Prosmushkin and he listened to me the whole way through. He never once apologized for the lack of service that HIS firm was giving me and my husband. I asked for a refund of my money. He said he would talk to Natalia and she would write me a letter and see if any refund was necessary depending on the work that was already performed. I requested that it be discussed with me the work that was performed prior to him deciding if I get a refund. He accused me of attacking him and basically ended the call. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM. Bruce was a great asset and is now gone. Save your money. PLEASE
