This review is also of a mobile home park but not Vista Village. It is from Bonaventure MHP in Phoenix AZ. Both parks owned by the same crooked Harvey J Miller. The fish rots from the head. Review ?22 Horrible staff attitudes. Dont let them send their own crew to do repairs. They lost my payment and lied about completing the job . Fought for 6 months to get the money backNow grass & weeds are sprouting where they didnt put down the lining and bricks. Taking me to court for failure to resolve the problem.They are evicting me from the home i purchased through their authorized agent. The court awarded them my mobile home that i owned in full. They had no right to my home & have done this to more than 60 people since 2017.
