I know Hector Lopez is a good lawyer, and I have good references about him. Unfortunately, I called and talked to someone that it was not so helpful. I was trying to set up an appointment with him for a punctual matter; although, she told me that in order to go further I have to explain her what was about for. I did not feel comfortable talking to someone but the lawyer about my concern, and she told me that I have to tell her what was about in a rude way. I may understand that in order to book any appointment she may need some information, but there are different ways to treat customers. That was not the right one. So, I just told her to forget about my case.

Tell me how you take clients but then you don’t want to release our information back after we fire you. Edit. It's now June 24th 2021. We decided against using a lawyer for my N400 and went DIY. Mr Lopez even mentioned at the end of our AOS that most N400 applicants go DIY. Well, my oath is next week. We contacted Mr Lopez’s office after a personal recommendation. I’m sure we could have done a DIY with my GC application but we decided against it and signed up with Mr Lopez. Everything about my application was straightforward and 12 months later, Mr Lopez accompanied my wife and myself to the USCIS for our GC interview for which we were approved that same day. In 6 months, I will be eligible to apply for citizenship and I’m thinking of using Mr Lopez once again for his team’s professional attitude and caring.
