Isaac is a very good attorney who will fight hard for you. He was and still is very quick to respond to any question that I had. His fees were reasonable and his office won't charge you arm and leg for little things. He also carefully listened to me as my case was fairly complicated. He worked with me very closely during deposition of my Ex and did a very good job of bringing out the truth. This helped my case as my Ex came to senses and realized what she was up against during the trial. This helped me reach a reasonable settlement. I have had no of attorneys prior to Isaac and had very horrible experiences. I would definitely recommend Isaac for your legal matter.
Isaac Fischer said he was an expert on restraining orders and family law and that I had a pretty straight forward case. I have a lot of documentation, videos and still photos and police reports. He failed me as he was never prepared for court, he filled out the wage assignment form completely wrong and then lied to me about submitting it. I kept waiting for alimony that wasn't coming. He communicated well with the opposing counsel, I am really just guessing on that because he never shared with me what they spoke about. I just saw them laughing, so I guess there were actual words exchanged. I don't drive so I always had someone else with me, lucky, they turned into witnesses. The time I did phone court, I just happened to have a witness also. The thing is, I told Isaac, I gave him her number and it didn't stop him from behaving improperly. The last day of his shenanigans, I was supposed to be submitting another I&E, which I was supposed to get phone help with, he kept putting it off, for 3 weeks! I realized on Friday that I wasn't going to get help and it was not getting turned in on Monday. Also, Monday was supposed to be a trial to force sale my house and also regarding a kick out order for my soon to be ex husband. He did not prepare for any of it and every time I asked about it, he would change the subject. So, Friday, late afternoon, I called another lawyer I had interviewed the week before and asked how to proceed. It was too late for her to go to court with me. I asked for a continuance. I couldn't believe Isaac had the nerve to show up. He spent all of his time talking to opposing counsel, my soon to be ex and his witnesses. Didn't even acknowledge me for 40 minutes. As soon as I told him I was asking for a continuance to seek alternative counsel, he went running back to opposing counsel and said "change of plans". Then I spoke up right away in front of the judge. Opposing counsel was trying to charge me for Isaac's incompetence and failures. I will be going to the BAR. I have never wanted to sue anyone before but this is a clear case of fraud and taking advantage of someone when they are down. Breaking the code of ethics. It's just appalling what Isaac has put me through. Oh, I did try to get him to give me a substitution of attorney form a week earlier and he didn't understand why, I explained, he had terrible communication and was slacking on preparing, etc. He said he was going to do better and I fell for it. Like I did with my soon to be ex for the last 20 years.
I've had several consultations with attorneys and by far Isaac was the most honest, knowledgeable, and concise with the information he provided. I'd recommend him for any family law case issue you may have. He's also very affordable.
Isaac Fischer is a fantastic lawyer and knows the law! He is extremely knowledgeable and gets what information he needs to answer your questions efficiently.
