The wrost customer service. You literally have the same unprofessional girl answering phone calls like if it was her personal phone i have had business in the past with him and will be the last. If she is unprofessional like that and quotes that she has always answers like that and she isnt changing for anyone 1 immature very and 2 unprofessional. Speaks bery low of her employer to get someone like that to work in a law firm so uncalled for and unprofessional. Wow its like he gets this chick of the street with no experience and puts her in the office. Hey dont get bothered when you have unprofessional woman acting like street trash and talks to potential clients like trash. You should learn how to train better. Or pick better employees. Very good attorney bit his secretary what ever she is the wrost and then to boost about her unprofessional attitude no thankyou lost my business. Thankyou Mr. Garcia but i will not tolerate that type of behaviour from no one especially a place of business!! Very unprofessional!
