I would give zero stars. I get upset everything time I see them advertise home town. Don't believe it. It appears they are much more interested in doing business in the city. Jessie went to school with my daughter in Lake County. We lost her due to a car accident. Jessie never returned my call. A person from his office did and told me to call someone else. That's really home town and personal.

I was taken excellent care of by the entire team at J Chrisp Law Offices. Very clear communication and they were available to answer any and all questions I had regarding my case and settlement (which was a lot, so thanks for putting up with me!). They informed me of each step that was being taken and checked in frequently to ensure I was pleased with the way the case was heading. I never felt pushed into a corner, or like they were just trying to get it all over with for their own sake.
