I currently reside outside of Arizona but had some legal issues arise from a few years back when I did live in state. I was convicted of a class 4 (AGG DUI) and sentenced to the presumptive term of 10 years under category 3. When I was returned to court after a successful PCR petition, the sentence was vacated and I was able to start all over again.
