I recently experienced a highly unprofessional situation with Jac and his law firm. After being a client for several years, I was shocked by how he handled my case and ultimately dismissed me as if I were insignificant. In late 2022, I was involved in an accident. At the time, I was still in the states 3months later I deployed to Iraq, making communication challenging due to the time difference. Despite this, Jac consistently failed to respond to my emails or texts in a timely manner. On the rare occasions when I managed to reach him, he was often on vacation. My brother, who was a passenger in the car during the accident, also faced the same issue; Jac did not return his calls either. This situation was incredibly frustrating. I relied on Jac to manage everything while I was overseas, only to receive an email out of the blue informing me that he was dropping my case. Being dropped without any explanation while deployed was one of the most disheartening experiences I have had while serving my country. I do not expect special treatment because of my service, but the lack of professionalism and respect I encountered was deeply disappointing.
