Jane presented as an extremely competent attorney. She was attentive, asked all of the right questions, and made me feel as if my social security disability case was important to her. I feel that my case is finally in good hands. I had another attorney who handled my appeal from the Administrative Law Judge's denial of benefits. Unfortunately, she went out on maternity leave and never returned. Now, I'm back in front of the same judge and need a competent attorney more than ever. I feel great about Jane. Will supplement this after the hearing. Well, we lost the hearing. However Jane filed an appeal and we won. The case has been remanded back to the Admin. Judge with instructions. Hoping we win this time. Jane is just great. I would give her 10 stars if i could. And, our hearing has been scheduled for two and a half months from now. That is amazingly fast. Last time we had to wait a year-and-a-half. I am excited. Really think I'll win this time. Just an update, we lost in front of that judge. Jane promptly appealed. We will argue that the same judge should not have been assigned the second time due to the prejudicial nature of asking her to impartially review her last decision....we will prevail.

Jane has been a blessing, she helped me in my child custody case. it was a really nasty case. She did all her best to gain the full custody to me. she doesn’t accept any nonsense. and she dealt with me as friend.
