Jeff helped navigate me through an increasingly complicated divorce that lasted the better part of three years. He gave realistic advice, was respectful of my financial limits, and most importantly, always easy to reach via phone or email.

The Receptionist that originally answered the phone was so sweet and nice. She gave high hopes for the free consultation. However, when Mr. Anele or whatever his name is came on the line it was a different story. I briefly told him he was served papers and “needed to respond but how do we? Write a letter? Call the office?” He was so condescending and unprofessional. He spoke to me like he had better things to do than simply answer a general question. I simply asked “how do I respond to these papers?” He said he “cannot tell me what I’m supposed to write”. I said I didn’t asked that. I’m saying how do I respond to these papers? A letter to the address on the top or the court? He responds telling me he cannot tell answer specific questions.Then he proceeded to define the word “answer” for me as he assumed I did not know the meaning. I gave up as I have other things to do than lose my character on this Good Friday. So I said thank you and have a nice day. But no one else should have to have this feeling that I have right now. Don’t waste you time. Call someone else is search of giving your money to.
