If it would allow me, I’d have zero stars. Not looking for any sympathy from anyone. Losing a loved one is hard enough without going to an office and asking questions and being treated rudely. You were paid for a service that wasn’t completed and you have no respect to speak to people without being disrespectful , Shame on you for how you do business.
