My husband hired them.. oh boy- don’t do it!!!! They don’t answer the phone most the time, they don’t return calls for days and then they charge you for it. They also charge you to drive to the courthouse as if that’s not part of the job. You’ll speak with one attorney and then they put you with someone else at court. The lawyers are super unprofessional and unprepared for court. Avoid Hilda specifically. She’s timid, unprofessional, unprepared and says things like “uhhh” “umm” and random laughter.

When my wife and I first met Jennifer about two years ago. We were searching for a lawyer who could help us with starting a third party custody to take custody of my wife's niece and nephew from a bad situation. My wife and I really didn't know what we were getting when we chose Jennifer and her team. We honestly just thought she was just going to be like every other typical lawyer for our third party custody case but we were so wrong and so happy we grabbed her up when we did. Since then, Jennifer not only was amazing and helped us with our third party custody, she has helped us with eight different cases ranging from non-custody, parenting plan change, fighting false CPS accusations, Several restraining orders/ no contact orders, No matter what case we through at Jennifer is always ready for the challenge and willing to help. When it comes to staying in contact with Jennifer, my wife and I are always able to reach them in times of crisis, Weather it be email or by phone. Her teams response time is unreal. I think the longest we've had to wait is a few hours due to Jennifer being in court. However she always puts us or makes us feel like we are her number one clients. Jennifer is the calm to this crazy storm my wife and I have gone through this past year and with as many cases we have gone through she has been nothing but professional, key, on point and with her vast knowledge she is impressive, and much appreciated. She is very thorough with her information. She won't lie to you and tell you what you want to hear. She is a straight shooter. She is upfront and honest from the get go so you know exactly what you're being charged for. Her demeanor when conducting herself in front of the courts is wonderful. She has never let us down. Jennifer is not only a amazing lawyer we consider her a friend. She is just wonderful So if your looking for a amazing attentive knowledgeable lawyer look no further.

Like other clients that made a review on here I too experienced Jennifer Smith as a money hungry attorney. She quoted a set price at the beginning of our time together and that was the only time I ever saw her throughout the process. Her paralegal handled all the rest. On 2 accounts she sent me a bill for several hundred dollars more saying I owed more money for email time etc..The last straw was a bill sent after the court had settled the matter. Not only did I not owe the money but she sent it to collections! Bad business if you ask me.

Professional liar and thief! It has to be really hard for people like Jennifer Smith to look themselves in the mirror. She was hired to represent me. To her, I was nothing more than an easy target for her to profit off a sensitive family matter. No ethics! Jennifer smith is just another attorney that will farm you to the system and bleed you dry. She speaks well in the initial consultation and will do enough to make it look like she is organized, don’t be fooled! I wasted thousands!

The entire office at Jennifer Smith is wonderful. She is upfront and honest and most importantly, no bs. She truly fought for my children's best interest and listened to my concerns when other "big name" attorneys told me I was overreacting. We won our case and I can't thank Jennifer and her team enough. I highly recommend her services!
