Jerry got my possession case dismissed. He was forthright, and sympathetic, while keeping my expectations realistic. Clearly, his experience in the area/with the DA is priceless, but his service was also considerably less expensive than a few other estimates that I had gotten. Jerry helped me with a custody modification so my daughter could come live with me. He tried to get it so we didn't have to go to court, but my ex was less than hard to work with. We ended up going to court and everything was settled without having to sit and make or listen to testimony. I hired this attorney for a child custody agreement where a majority of the agreement was already almost finalized, however it just needed to be processed with the court. Upon the custody settlement being finalized I barely received 30% of my retainer fee he requested at the onset of my case. Not only was he very difficult to get a hold of, but when asked for a breakdown of the fee, he stated that he lost the notations of his time and fees incurred. Very unprofessional.
