Very pleasant and professional law firm but the communication between the staff and the client is my only issue. Before I sign my contract I explained what I wanted, they told me that they understood and they will get this done as soon as possible. When I sign my contract things changed. If I knew they was going to follow protocol and they were going take their time I would have went to a smaller law firm. I gave them a one star because of my personal experience with them but if you was to ask me would I recommend Jim Adler and Associate I would say yes.
