Joan Marie is an brilliant attorney and excellent mediator. I have worked on many cases where she was the mediator and on many cases with her as the opposing attorney. She is professional and hardworking in everything that she does. I have tremendous respect for her, and I highly recommend her.

I’m leaving my review here for Andrea Cates that is an attorney at this firm. I’m not saying she’s better than Banks I have no clue tbh. But I will say she is so kind and understanding and compassionate. She does everything in her power to get you what you deserve when it comes to divorce, domestic violence and child abuse, or child custody arrangements and she is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I owe her endless thanks for everything she’s done for my case and how kinda and caring she’s been. She’s great at answering the phone, giving information when needed, and making you feel heard and understand. I’m so happy I chose her to be my attorney and I’d choose her a million times again before ever considering a different one!
