So grateful to Joel Reinfeld and his team. We FINALLY closed on the coop we have owned. Unfortunately, it was vacant for a while and the closing was not an easy or fast one, now add to that mix the pandemic and the fact that we are living out of state and needed help to get this done! Thankfully, Joel and his team were methodical and careful and helped us close on the unit.
