0 star. Never work with them. After they get the case they never follow up with you and ignore the phone calls. Had to contact chiropractor to get their personal number and visit them. Left over 10 voice mails and messages never got anything back. Used other number to call them and they picked up and right after I verified my name they hung up the phone on me. Most likely scammer. Terrible horrible place. Never trust them.

I was hurt in a car accident , at first they seemed okay very compasionet, always returned my calls....now I call private to get Nancy to answer my calls. My main issue though is the fact that I am in fact injured but I feel the chiropractor , thier recommended doctor all treated me as if I was complaining to make it more dramatic like I'm trying to get more money out of this or like I'm seeking pain meds. That is not the case at all. These last 6 months I've been scared about my back injury. I have questions that I feel like are being unanswered. I've never had any major bodily injuries and this is pretty scary considering the pain I have now and and I feel my life is dramatically changed. It hurts to do dishes..it hurts to lay down.. trouble sleeping....etc. I needed a doctor's note and it was impossible to get one actually lost my job because they wanted proof I was injured and I couldn't provide it but I don't understand why that was so hard to get???

No stars doesn't keep you informed bad communication feeling like their a scam all together it's been almost a yr since my wreck still nothing and the women who hit me had state farm
