Perfection! This company is best of the best. They know what they do. No extra questions asked, no extra actions made. I had 2021 Mercedes GLC300 with issues and dealer didn’t want or couldn’t do anything with it . They won the case with no problems, and even with extra for me. Everything passed as promised. All you really need to know is that if your car legitimately qualifies for the CA lemon law, like mine did, they get results. My particular results were better than projected and for that I'm grateful. A huge shout out to one of the hardest working people I know, LINA! She was so faithful to call, text and email me back in a timely manner whenever I followed up, had a question or just plain needed to vent. The process is long but she'll bring you back from the brink of utter frustration over how slow the manufacturers and the court systems moves through the backlog of cases. Again, she's the real MVP here juggling everyone waiting to go through the process and being the front woman for this law firm. She was so understanding, sweet and attentive to make sure things were moved along with the process of returning the vehicle and getting all the refunds. She took great care of us. LBB team deserves your business. They get results. I'd jump at the opportunity to recommend them to my friends (which I have) and family. I hope I don't need them again in the future, but if I do, I know I'll be in good hands with a competent team of professionals. I think that's the best compliment I can give.

I would highly recommend working with the Lemon Buyback team. They have had my back the entire time of the battle with the car manufacturer. We had so many loop holes to over come and they were amazing. Also Lina is the most amazing person ever if you need someone to get the job done. The only feedback I would give the law office is if they had some type of portal that a client could sign into to see what or where thier status of everything is going. They were always amazing to answer my call but it would be nice to just check a portal without needing to call.

Great job. Had a 2022 Volvo S60 Recharge. The problems just wouldn't stop with this car. They started with only 4,958 miles on the odo. Volvo was not responsive to me. Lina did a great job reassuring me. I signed up with Lemonbuyback. They experienced the same frustration I did with a non-responsive Volvo. However, Nic filed the case to get them on a stop clock and finally, problems all solved. Definately would you them again, but hopefully will never need to. Great job.
