Poor communication, unprofessional and lack of attention to detail. Good luck trying to get the person on the phone or getting a truthful story. Definitely would not recommend . Melissa and Sophia are not knowledgeable and Maria doesn't return phone calls. Issues 2 years after sale of home and hounded my family to rectify their mistakes.

The office of Joseph Torra recently assisted family members on the sale of their home. Would have to say he tries but overall has poor communication and lack of transparency from his office staff including his right hand assistant. I’d recommend practicing your due diligence during a property sale transaction with this office. Specifically when it comes to any communication or lack thereof. Some of his staff could benefit in sharpening their bilingual language and people skills as it would benefit his broad clientele and his overall image.

Recommended by our mortgage broker. Poor communication from the start. Closing date was missed and we had to close on our property the following day without any explanation. On the day of closing, our closing documents were initially rejected by the registry of deeds and we had to wait additional couple of hours to enter our new property as the law firm had to re-sent the documents with corrections that were not explained to us. 18 days after closing, our Declaration of Homestead was not filed and I had to request filing of this document after I discovered myself it was missing from the registry of deeds. Highly disorganized law firm and my overall experience has been truly stressful and unpleasant.

Prior owner paid Joe the Taxes they owed and a year later I found out Joe never paid the City. Joe couldn't even have enough respect to talk me about it. I would recommend you Do Not use Joe Torra.
