I got hurt back in February. They came out to my house immediately cuz they wanted my business. Went for my last follow up appointment in May. Have heard NOTHING from them. I keep calling them and getting the canned 'we are working on your file' and 'we are waiting for stuff from the doctor'. But when I ask what stuff and what doctor they can't tell me. They say they will call me back and never do. And when I push for information they get rude. I regret even using them. Terrible customer service. Use another firm

They charge 995 dollars for papers and ink cartridges. ???? This is how they still money:(U0001f914

Bad customer service. Zero communication and when you call, nobody returns your call. One secretary or someone in the office had the nerve to hang up on me. Mind you I have an ongoing case with them and I called to make a complain. One also told me on the phone I can talk all I want on the phone and hanged up. Please go somewhere else. These people don't care about you. They're interested in getting their chunk of your lawsuits money.

I would highly recommend The law offices of Joe Cariglia in Worcester. They are professional and are really great at what they do . Cherele is very pleasant and caring . They work hard for their clients. I feel comfortable sending my friends and family.
