This firm does a good job communicating with their clients and is definitely on it. However, prices have seemed to almost double over the last few years. It cost me $5000 to get a tenant out for non payment of rent. The $5000 bill consisted of: Serving a Pay or Quit notice, Serving/filing an Unlawful Detainer, Discovery documents, a 1 hour court appearance where my attorney appeared in person but tenant's attorney appeared via video conference, and then a Dismissal without prejudice. The tenant never filled our her Discovery nor did she personally appear in court, so these charges were just the cost of filling my side of the paperwork and dealing with my tenant's public counsel. I'd give them 5 stars for the service, but only 3 stars for the price because it's gotten so expensive.

This attorney’s office strung me along for over 2 months since filling out my intake form. I didn’t contact them very often, about once every 2 weeks to check on the status. They kept telling me I was in line to have my case reviewed. I called last week and I asked them if their office was too busy for my case and they said no, that they could now finally help me and file a 60 day notice for me. I called them the next week to ask if I needed to pay for them to get started and they said their office was now too busy and couldn’t take my case.

Still in the process of evicting a family member. Covid infections within court employees do not help, but Michael really tries to get things done quickly. Very attentive, considerate, and empathizes with our mother. All of our family has faith in his abilities.

I have a home where I offer rooms to low income seniors, a program that I love and pour my heart into! Many seniors, going through tough personal situations, have come through my doors and I have always been able to resolve any concerns/ issues by talking things through with the senior and / or their family. Recently I have had a senior who would scream, yell, intimidate other residents, steal/ misplace other people's property and diminish the experience of our other seniors. Wayne and his team walked me through the process of setting up an initial court date, gathering supporting documentation and getting a lock out date set to remove this senior from our home. I can recommend Wayne highly and would suggest that you get a consultation with him/ his staff if you need to evict a tenant.

They helped me get this horrible Section 8 tenant out of my property last year in 2022. It was a pure diaster and I had no hope, but APC taught me a valuable lesson about renting out your properties to just anyone. Thanks APC! Evictions take time so be patient ????
