As most people life happens. Loss of jobs etc can put someone in a financial bind. Mr Goff was able to tell me what my steps were. I made too much money to file and he gave me advice to bring my income down. The process was timely but got the job done. Sometimes I have to question things. I am not an attorney so I don’t know all. On occasion I was made to feel inadequate or stupid by his choice of words. Other than that he was awesome and knows his laws and really helps
