I was referred to Tonya from another attorney because she covered the West Memphis, AR area. Tonya agreed to take my simple ticket case and go to court for me since I lived outside of the area in a different state. Tonya went to the wrong court and then proceeded to tell me the correct court was out of her area. Since she went to the wrong court, I received a Failure To Appear (FTA) notice from the court and my fine doubled. I contacted Tonya and she said she would send me money to cover the additional costs since it was her fault. 3 weeks went by, and no money was sent to me, nor will she respond to any of my text messages or voice mails. CAUTION: Stay away from this attorney!
