I recently had the pleasure of working with Kevin McCann on a very large real estate dispute. We were able to obtain an outstanding result which can, in large part, be attributed to a great deal of diligent and intelligent work on Kevin's part. He was at all times responsive and had a keen grasp of the many intricate legal issues involved. I do not hesitate in recommending Kevin.

I left McCann for several reasons and I got a better result for a lot less than what I was being charged by McCann. In addition, McCann wrote that there would be a jury trial to deal with the City and I later found out from the new attorney that for these trials there would not be that option -- so I started to worry about accuracy. Then I recently asked for copies of my PAID invoices and he declined my request by ignoring me.. I had to call a week later and was told they were not going to release the old paid invoices to me for my IRS audit.
