Mr. Martone handled my foreclosure case. The bank was about to sale my home. He was able to stop the sale and work out a new loan with my bank. I still own my home and my mortgage payments are now affordable. I had a friend with a similar problem and I recommended him to help her. Thank you again.
I hired Mr. Martone to handle the sale of my condo and purchase of a house. He was great to deal with and the whole process was easy. I was able to do both closings in one day and there were no issues or delays. Great Job.
DO NOT USE HIM! Please save yourself the money, time, aggravation and personal sanity!!! "FLAT FEE"= pay me once then again when I don't file paperwork or I'll just take your initial check and move on stealing other desperate peoples money. We went with him because he was referred to us by my mothers best friend. She told us he does great work. We found out the hard way that's only the case when he knows there's a lot more money for him around the corner. Since we were just a desperate couple in need of legal assistance and not a continual client his work was DISASTROUS!!nnThis was the worst mistake of our lives. He told us everything would be covered in the initial"flat fee". Haha. When he or his inadequate secretary forgot to file the appropriate paper work that was no longer the case. No one took responsibility just blamed each other and then they had the audacity to blame us. So we spoke with the bank directly and found out the papers weren't filed on time which is why they filed the foreclosure papers. Not only did our house go into foreclosure but Chris told us he needed and additional $1500 because it was no longer a traditional modification. We also had to pay another attorney an additional 1500$ because he had to represent us in the mediation. Mind you the other attorney was an associate of Chris and we really had no other choice. nnFinally the bank denied the modification and his associate was useless when it came to the mediation. My girl friend was on medical leave through most of this process so the only income was mine and the other tenants rent. She got a job shortly before the bank denied the modification. So we figured why not give it another shot, since the additional income would have defiantly push the modification in our favor. As a reminder the initial "flat fee" of $3800 was supposed to cover everything. Now we at are almost 7,000 but Chris REFUSED TO FILE ANOTHER MODIFICATION WITH THE BANK. Saying they wouldn't accept anything else. YOU ARE A LIER, A THIEF AND A BAD PERSON! nnWe are desperately trying to save our house and Chris took advantage of that In such a ruthless and despicable way. We are currently working with a new attorney and they are filing new paperwork and things look pretty optimistic. If I can save just one person the terribleness of this attorney this review will have paid off. PLEASE USE ANOTHER ATTORNEY SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILIES!!
