This company reached out to me about an accident ( motorcycle hit and run) I spoke to a representative "jahaziel" we spoke yesterday for about 25 - 30 mins. He said. "We can help you" I told him my situation with my insurance company which was. I entered a verbal agreement with them but was not able to get treatment due to my circumstances and that there was a deadline attached to my treatments. He assured me over and over again. " I still think there is something we can help you with." Following day an attorny his name is Lauren calls me. Jahaziel did not explain to him what we spoke about. Lauren said I'm here to talk to you about an "auto accident" in which I responded it was a motorcycle hit and run. His reply "oh. I didn't know that." No communication. I preceded to say. "Did jahaziel mention anything to you about this?" He responded with. "Yes, he said we needed to get you into a Dr right away." Lol. I had to tell my story all over again. I told him "I was in a verbal agreement with my insurance and that jahaziel said you could fight this." I also asked. "Don't you guys communicate before talking to potential clients?" His response with an attitude and a raised voice was. "Well, what do you want?" I told him. " what do you mean what do I want, you guys reached out to me??" LOL. He said oh I didn't know that. There are PLENTY of attorneys out there get other opinions before dealing with attorneys who don't affectivly communicate and yell at you.

Seems like communication is A+ when they want you too sign a retainer once you sign you’ll be lucky too even get a phone call back i really wish they would answer the phone makes me feel like I’m bothering them when I do call it’s like a complete switch of energy after I sign the retainer now it’s like they can treat me bleeds
