To be fair, I was the defendent in this case. So, I will only report the facts. My review of Mr Hernandez is negative due to the way he comported himself. When I received his call that he was representing my ex I was completely willing to work with him. I simply asked for the documentation to verify the numbers in question. He did not provide the information so I had to retain my own lawyer. The first thing my lawyer requested was information necessary to work with Hernandez and his client. He refused to provide thereby necessitating 7 months of a prolonged legal battle that in the end was settled. As my lawyer stated..."we are where we should have been 7 months ago". His communication with my attorney was extremely poor caused much extra work and fees. Steer clear of this guy.

Attorney Hernandez has represented me in several transactions including a divorce and a home sale. Everything was handled in an extremely professional manner and explained in very plain terms that were easy to understand. He provided detailed and accurate accounting for his fees and time. I was very pleased.

Attorney Lucas Hernandez represented me in a co op purchase. He was amazing to work with. Will definitely use him again in the future.
