"Questionable" is the best way to describe this firm. Taken advantage of in more ways than one. I will not be recommending Jim Magazine. The firm is disorganized not to mention the honesty and the integrity of this firm is not up to par. Basically to put it mildly, they are interested in what they can gain not what they can do for you. Very disappointed. Do yourself a favor, go directly through your insurance company, they will care for you and make "you" a priority and your pay out will be much greater by far!

Four years after being hit by a drunk driver, almost dying, and having the rest of my life changed, I was told my case was being dropped due to lack of insurance. Really? It's ridiculous to think under be any circumstances that it should take that long just to find out that one simple fact. Disgraceful!
