It was an absolute pleasure to work with Kristen Howard and her team. I hired Kristen after my last attorney had poor communication skills, lacked initiative and had internal staffing issues that felt like my case was not given the attention it needed when hard deadlines were approaching. Once Kristen and her team took over it was completely a different experience. I should of hired her from the beginning and I am so grateful I found her. Kristen kept me up to date on all communication from opposing counsel and made key suggestions that left me completely at ease. While the entire case was stressfull knew Kristen and her team were truly looking out for my best interest and my daughter's. The cost part was always a concern on my end, and I could tell Kristen was working efficiently and diligently on her end to keep my costs down. I was so pleased with Kristen and her team, that I rehired them for a change of orders knowing they could easily and efficiently take this on. If ever I need to hire another family law attorney I know I do not need to look anywhere else, but with Kristen.

I probably had one of the most difficult cases. Going through a divorce with no kids, no assets, should have been cut and dry. Was I wrong. Being the respondent in the case is hard when you trying to get a divorce and other party does not want to sign. The biggest turn around in my case is when Kristen had the petitioner sign the dissolution paper for the current case. Open a new case change me from respondent to petitioner. This got the ball rolling. After that I was divorced in 6 months. Thanks to the whole team for helping.

Family Law is scary and incredibly emotional. My child was very young when we started which caused me tremendous amount of anxiety and stress. I decided to go with Kraig Kibble initially because of his close proximity to where my case resided. While working with him I felt more and more confident that I have made the right decision. He represented me well throughout my case and prepared me for all scenarios setting my expectations up for the best and worst cases. His demeanor in court is professional, precise, and confident in which the Judge responded to well. Even when the opposing party was going low Kraig continued to take the high road which enlightened my case and helped in the best way possible. He helped with some of the communications between myself and the opposing party, and provided me with various options on how we could respond or go about the matter (logistically and legally, if needed). He knows the judges well and without fail will represent you to your fullest expectations and more. He is definitely one of the good guys, and will keep your and your child's best intentions in mind.

There are not words to describe my gratitude to Carolyn Makupson. I was stuck in a divorce that dragged out for 5 years. I was so discouraged by the time I retained her and couldn't believe it when she got the dissolution of status with 3 months of retaining her. She knows the law and was a master at handling challenging opposing counsel. I am still in shock at how she handled everything so quikly. She is also handling my custody issues. What is refreshing and wonderful about her is how personally invested she is in my children's safety and well being. I have never worried about being gouged or over billed. Carolyn Makupson is worth every penny and I highly recommend her (or one of the other two VERY good/experienced attorneys in her office) to anyone in need of a family lawyer. I hope that I don't have the need for family legal services in the future, but if I do there is no one I would rather represent me. Do not hire this woman or her legal team !!!! unless you want to lose your case. Because of how much financial gain she only cares about She does not care about your case and claims to have charges that will benefit your case when in regards it's only to bill Her clientele. Please go hire someone else who will take the time to care about your case and show proof of evidence to backup why they are perfect to help fight for you! This lady makes you work for her not she works for you.
