We hired Matt Feinman in 2019 when a contact with a home improvement company did not fulfill their end of the contact. In the beginning Matt was very responsive and we were getting emails on what the documents were being processed to take the home improvement company to court. We did not receive our own contact with Matt when we first hired him and have requested our copy of the contact multiple times in writing. Everything was fine, until we ”won” our court case in October of 2020; when Matt could not find the owner of the business. Even though we legally won, according to our county’s court system, we have not heard from Matt on what he is doing to get us our money, or if he has taken any other steps since 2020. We have gone MONTHS without communication from him, he has been not replying to our call, emails or texts. We have tried to use different phones to get in contact, and it seems as if he is screening and avoiding our calls. In 2020 when we first noticed that communication was strained Matt told us ”No news is good news”. It has been over a year (January 2022) since we have any communication calls, text, or emails from Matt. This is a last resort to get an update or a call from Matt.

My experience with Matt Feinman was the easiest I've ever had when dealing with a legal matter. Matt is so very knowledgeable on the matters that I was dealing with, as well as very efficient. He is so easy to work with which made the entire process painless, which for me was priceless! His manner is very reassuring and you feel at ease and know you have chosen the best person to represent you! I will continue to use his legal advice as well as recommend him highly to my friends and family. I would give him 5 Stars! Stacey D.

Matt is so unprofessional! He took our case and then failed to meet all the scheduled dates. He lies to his clients and operates very unethically. We currently have a complaint filed with the bar. Youve been warned! I would NEVER use Matts services again.

I would think Mr. Feinman is good at individual bankruptcies. Probably good at what if most people had time could do themselves. However, he is neither trustworthy nor a man of decency. Just know what you're getting into and watch your back.
