Pro: I had a workman's comp case in the past in 2009. I had reached an agreement with the ins co. on my own without a lawyer. I called Mark for advice. He accepted my case we went to court and I was awarded double my intial offer plus it included his fees. A+ Con: Your hurt and it's long battle (7 yrs). Lawyers only do the basics. It's up to you to do the exact same work like filing paperwork (mileage, out of work notes), faxing docs to comp board and lawyer, and attending all appts. It's frustrating. Especially injuried. Plus to show up to court all the time and still not get paid. When all said and done, he's a lawyer not a nurse
