Had him as an attorney for a week maybe. He messaged me every day for the first few days to ask how I was was also very pushy to get me to sign with him but when I actually needed to get some info couldn't get a hold of him then when u finally did he got aggressive towards me as well as my union Chief Stewart. We Had a sit down with him to further discuss my future case with him he proseeded to tell me he does not need me as a client an there are plenty more when I came from He was terminated as my attorneyas well as no longer used by the union I belong to I would not recommend
I recently had Mark and Kevin represent me on my workers' compensation case. From start to finish, I felt very well taken care of. I had an in person meeting where Mark explained the process to me. He was able to get me some money while I was off work and my employer wouldn't pay me. Whenever I called in, if I couldn't talk to Mark or Kevin, a girl there would always let me know what was going on or if there was something that needed to be done on my end. After I went back to work, I got my contract and a settlement and was really happy with what I got. very thankful for Mark and Kevin.

Our first conversation over a month ago left me feeling hopeful. However, that was the only conversation I managed to have. I've called the office number 10-15 times over the last month with the secretary repeatedly telling me he would call me back within 24 hours. We had setup an appointment as I was having issues with the paperwork. I don't really understand it, and it wasn't clear what I was to sign and fill out. The day before, the secretary called and cancelled saying she would call me back with an updated date for the appointment. I never received that call, and haven't been able to schedule a new one or hear from Mark himself. I really wanted to use someone who claims to support union workers, but guess he won't be supporting this one.
