Just my personal opinion he is a racists! Thank God I found a new lawyer that got the job done and also confirmed he is a racists!! Do not hire him you will regret it!!

Marvin gave an excellent seminar on how to be a good housing provider, what to do and say, and how to stay abreast of the many laws in Chicago. With the legal landscape ever changing, it is good to educate yourself and learn how to do things the right way. Highly recommend - he knows the law, and can teach in plain English.

SHADY SHADY LAWYER!!! Mr. Husby not only is extremely rude and unprofessional, but is notorious for making shady moves in court such as substituting the judge as his first motion. He gave me a court date and time not consistent with the true court date and time, thus resulting in a default judgement against me. His manor over the phone is very rude and his tendency to argue with the judge despite a judgement being made is disgusting. If you find he’s your prosecuting attorney get your own attorney IMMEDIATELY!!! Definitely tries to take advantage of people’s intelligence. Be careful with vultures like him.

Marvin was referred by my real estate attorney. I had a tenant who wouldn't leave after his lease expired. Marvin explained that the first step I needed to take was to issue a 30 day notice and have it served on the tenant at the house. I had 36 hours to work with before the end of the month at that point and if it wasn't served within that time period it would be 60 days before the tenant would have to leave. I gave Marvin the go ahead and he made magic happen. The tenant was served that very evening! For any landlord that is dealing with problem tenants, Marvin is your guy. I am glad he's on my side.
