From our initial first telephone call/ introduction, she took the time to explain things to me, the process, the time to expect and different options. She was always proactive when it was time to update me. Meaning that she would reach out to me immediately once she found out about and update about my case. I would get calls, emails, texts directly from her and not her staff. I wasn't ever in the dark and never had to guess what was going on with my case.
