Very uninvolved and biased in my case. Ms. Matas was very difficult to reach and not available. She wrote a recent court report without consulting me with the most recent updates. A few months prior to that, she failed to appear to a custody court case. She submitted her GAL recommendation via email a few minutes before the trial began. I would never recommend her services.

I would highly recommend Mary Lou Matas as a family law attorney. She was extremely professional, caring, and took the time to explain the specifics and what to expect throughout our adoption process.

Treated my wife in a very one sided manner while acting in a court ordered position where she was supposed to be neutral. Didn’t take the time to respond or answer questions. Didn’t take the time to interview all parties involved before making a determination.
