Mike is a diligent and hard working advocate for his clients. He is very experienced in the Commonwealth's criminal court system. He handled a case for my brother and was very patient, thorough, and attentive to what was a very unfortunate situation.

This attorney Is 'corrupt' and evil to say the least. He was appointed by a judge in the Boston Municipal Court to represent me in a case of harassment in 2015 that really has no basis for being in court. Mr. Michael D"Amore met with me at 185 Devonshire St. a day before I went into court to talk regarding my case. D"Amore had threatened me and saw me and my son and his mother at the hearing and said to me that he stated to me "he would hate to see my son and his mother see something happen to me" and they would suffer a loss of me in jail because I would not plea to this bogus charge of harassment. I refused and told D'Amore I am NOT guilty of this charge.I showed him the emails the alleged victim sent me repeatedly. He then stated the emails would be disposed of. When I returned home I wrote an email to D"Amore starting exactly what he had said to me in our meeting. That in fact he was trying to intimidate me into pleading guilty to something I didn't do. nnI told him I would not plead gulilty under no circumstances and he should get the ADA to dismiss the charges against me. He repeatedly shook his head no. He gave me and the court a Motion to Withdraw from my Representation because he knew what he had done and wanted to protect himself eventhough he was violating his duty to represent me and his professional conduct was atrocious. This attorney should be disbarred he hss no business in representing defendants in the court with charges against them by intimidation and scare tactics. nThis attorney is a contractor with Suffolk Lawyers for Justice, Inc.and handles appointments for clients deemed indigent before the court.
