I was in a car accident and had no intention of hiring a lawyer. I assumed the insurance company would do the right thing and take care of all of my medical bills an other expenses related to the accident because their client was at fault. nn The insurance company representatives were super nice for the first couple of months. They told me that there was no problem and they would take care of everything. When we hit the 90 day mark - all of a sudden there was no more 'nice'. It was more like here is what we are willing to give you, take it or leave it. nnAt that point I decided to contact a lawyer and was referred to the Law Offices of N. David DuRant & Associates by a friend. They took over from there. There were amazing - I did not have to deal with the insurance company after that. I was never kept in the dark - they explained the process every step of the way. Whenever I called the office with a question or concern, they always took my call and gave me an answer. I am very happy with the settlement they pushed for - now I can put it all behind me.
