This company is a JOKE everyone i spoke to over the phone was incompetent and rude and after SCGC put my account in collections w them there was no account for me to log into to go pay at on their website so naturally i defaulted to make my first two payments i paid the remaining $1000 that i owed in full to SCGC to avoid dealing with these idiots

Scam! They call and call and ask you for your personal information without saying why they are calling. Just block them and report them to the FTC.

MAKE SURE TO ASK FOR A DEAL before 500.00!!! If you faithfully pay for 5 years off a 4000.00 debt... and get to 160.00 and ask for a payoff amount... they wont deal under 500.00! So to get the best bang for you buck! Deal before 500.00 instead of faithfully paying! learn from my mistakes!

They were very prompt to get back to me. Although they couldn't take on my cases, as they were too small for them, they were very helpful answering my questions. Lori pointed me in another direction, which turned out very helpful. She also listened to some sample situations and still took the time to answer me and wasnt rude like many other firms/attorneys I've dealt with. That's good client relations and excellent customer service. Id strongly recommend their services for collections!
