For the past five years I’ve been dealing with a difficult and very long divorce. During this difficult time I’ve reached out to Nathan multiple times . He proved to be a true professional , a very knowledgeable one also a good person that cares and truly wants to help . Mister Pinkhasov was always very receptive , always quick to respond and helped me resolve my legal issues faster then I expected. He saved me money and time. All real estate lawyers are connected together and my lawyer Nathan Pinkhasov worked for me negative way. It is disturbing of deceiving actions and various frauds committed to me by my sponsor and his attorney Robert Kaplan and Mr. Pinkhasov did not protect me. Moreover, kitchen cabinets in my unit were rotted and were never repaired or replaced for over 40 years where I rented and lived. The entire unit was not repaired, wood floors were not resurfaced, kitchen floor linoleum was lifted in some areas due to leaks for many years from upstairs. All my unit conditions were brought to the attention of Nathan Pinkhasov, but he stated that it was sold to me “as is”. The unit was sold for the highest price on the market with the highest maintenance. Mr. Pinkhasov did not give me any documents, such as offering plan, by-laws, proprietary lease, house rules prior to the closing day. I am 83 years old; I was financially abused and fraudulent as stated above. I was forcefully by threat made to accept the sale contract, which robbed for over $170,000 in the sale price in violation of the law of NY State General Attorney. Mr. Pinkhasov license should be revoked for not protecting his client. He does not deserve any star rating.

Everyone I ask for an attorney referred me to Nathan. I called a few attorney offices, and after speaking with Nathan, I had a feeling - he is my attorney. And I’m glad I did a right decision. Nathan is very smart, intelligent lawyer, who explains every single item you have questions about. My case wasn’t that easy as it seems right now. I believe I was a difficult client:) because I think I called and emailed Nathan’s office on every single item. But all my emails and phone calls were answered by Nathan or Julie. They never ignored me, even if I had the same questions over and over. Today, when everything is done and signed, and I’m happy, I want to say thank you to Nathan and Julie for everything they did, for their kindness, patience and being helpful when I needed an advise. I was happy that Nathan was representing me as a bank attorney as well. I want to apologize for giving Julie or Nathan a hard time, because I know I did. Nathan made this closing happen as quickly as I wanted. I had a limited time, but it’s done now. Now I know why everyone I knew referred me to Nathan’s office. I’m an accountant and I know how important for clients to have an attention and how they need you to spend time to answer their questions no matter how busy you are. Another impression I had with Nathan at the closing is how Nathan had all paperwork organized, nothing was apart. From the minute we started to sign to the last page. For me, who always works with the documents, that was showing Nathan as a professional who keeps his documents organized and in order. And for me it’s very important. Julie and Nathan always were there for me when I needed. And I want to say thank you and definitely recommend this law office for everyone who is looking for an honest professional law firm who takes care of their clients and stands for them. Thank you!!!
