Neal has been my attorney for two cases that have gone to trial. He takes the high road and is an absolute champion in the court room. I was glad to have him in my corner and continue to utilize his services. He knows Washington Family Law inside and out. For every scenario, he has most likely represented both sides of it. His estimates on how a case will play out have been spot on. He will do his absolute best to mediate and ensure that your case does not go to trial. However, should your case go to trial, you want Neal to be your litigator.

Based on my experiences I cannot recommend Neal whatsoever. Neal likes to hear his own voice and will talk for hours about how talented he is. He's a Family Attorney of which there his not much to celebrate about such a profession and Neal is one of the worst. He's verbose, narcissistic, throws tantrums and does not take any direction while being light on due diligence. Lastly, he is an over-biller and the court does not like him very much. Stay away because if an attorney cannot convince the court when you are laid off and disabled that it is a "change in circumstances" then Neal's skills speaks volumes.

It first appeared like a routine proceeding until at the last minute my ex wife retained counsel for herself and things escalated quickly there after. He helped me present my case and the judge ruled in my favor on most topics that were being argued. He saved me thousands of dollars in future child support payments and gave me a great deal on the price for his services. I have known Neal for over 7 years now and both times I have used his practice for support I came out ahead of the game. Highly recommended! Thank you!
