After going to different attorneys and telling me that I had no case, Ms. Kennedy and her staff, took the time to go over everything with me, and I just received the payment for my case today. Being in an accident, is a very stressful situation, i used to called them several times a day, and they always helped me with patience and kindness. I would recommend this lawyer to all my friends and family. Very happy with their services.

Was referred by a friend to this lawyer and I could not have been happier. Her staff took the time to explain to me anything I did not understand. They were always in constant communication and made sure I was updated with the status of my case. Very happy with the outcome of my case.

They have a huge communication problem. Especially the paralegal. I can not speak on the attorney for this law office. She was on maternity leave that the time. I personally never meet the person attending my case, then at the end they dropped me after i kept calling looking for an update. I wouldn't advise anyone to use the paralegal at this law firm. As i said i can't speak for the lawyers here.

This office is not only unprofessional and rude, but is engaged in seemingly shady dealings. I do not claim to be a legal expert but common sense says no "doctor" should have a vested interest in a case, or should be closely associated with the "lawyer" working that case. There is no genuine interest in the client, just interest in their scheming operations through "W and Y Rehab LLC" which is a fiscade of a doctor's office. I even overheard the "doctor" in the office addressing my "legal rep" as Doctor! I don't even know how they obtained my information to contact me directly for representation and when I asked they did not give me a direct and thorough answer, which seems to be a pattern for them. They take advantage of the system and represent those who do not know better. Avoid at all costs.

Excellent experience with Mrs. Kennedy! The result of my case reflects how strong her work ethic is. One of a kind attorney with a very professional staff. Highly recommend!
