This lawyer is thief, please ensure you know how much your settlement is and get a break-down, this lawyer been stealing people money for years, and now just caught up to me, he is ignorant and very unprofessional, I asked Mr. Osei prempeh about my settlement and an explanation about where the money went, the lawyer refuse to give my information and get angry about it, and threaten me saying if I called the family bar on him, that would be the end of me! After my husband at the time first attorney filed a motion to resign as council on record (he) my now ex husband hired Osei to represent him in our divorce case which eventually went to trial. Let me say it was GREAT for me and VERY BAD for him hiring Osei. This attorney is very disorganized, doesn't pay attention to details. He told my ex husband things that he wanted to hear all the while taking his money. Now before I go any further I am not bitter. I got everything and then some at the end of the divorce trial. I write this post for two reasons, one if Osei is the representing you, then think twice and run like hell, however if he's representing the other side then line up your ducks and sit back and watch the circus show. He speaks very loud and is a character in court. He tries to intimidate people with his vociferous voice. Seriously! He doesn't come prepared for his case, pay attention to the documents he files on your behalf and ask to see what the other party's attorney files on other person behalf and you'll find he just copies the other attorneys work. Let me say I almost felt sorry for my ex husband, notice I said almost!!! I knew Osei was taking his money yet it was his money, besides as previously reviews show Osei likes to rip off foreign immigrants and guess what? My ex husband is from Nigeria. So Osei took him for a long and costly ride. I'm glad and thankful that he hired Osei because again I came out on top at the end of the divorce. Now in all fairness to Osei I can say that my ex husband lied and held a few things back from Osei yet even an attorney with half a brain would have inquired about or made him provide proof. Also, secondly together in my opinion they were both being crooked and in cohoops together*my opinion only *. At the end of the day I just wanted to alert the people so that before monies are giving to Osei an informed decision can be made. If he's representing you because you chose not to run like the devil himself is chasing you, then follow closely your case yourself, ask to see the paperwork he files on your behalf and see what the other side files as well. Hold him accountable, do your homework. Make him keep your paperwork organized and together. Find out his strategy because listen nine times out of ten it's a last minute strategy he just put together. I'm keeping it honest and real with you. On the other hand if he's your soon to be ex spouse attorney just Google Attorney Osei K Prempeh name, read the reviews and go to the Florida Bar and see the complaint against him that was founded and how he was penalized. Nothing has changed except folks don't take it to the Bar instead just walk away broke, cheated, defeated and tired. He had my ex spending money on a deposition of me which was 3 hours at which cost about $95/hr for the certified court reporter to be there not including Osei charges around $300 per hr for him to be there .Guest what? He only referred to one page of the deposition when he crossed examined me at trial. I point this out because he didnt have relavant question or well thought out questions before,during or after the taking of deposition.Believe me when I tell you, this attorney isn't no where near competent enough in my opinion. I don't know how he made it through law school and past the Bar yet he did, and even still he also did a piss poor job representing my ex husband. Don't be fooled by his loud voice, sweet words telling you what you want to hear because you are in an emotional and vulnerable state of mind and your emotions are high. Listen to voice of reasons, if it sounds to good to be true, it usually is. Run!

Such a terrible so-called attorney who goes and keeps mute in court and scared of a white judge or I Just Don't Know because he seems to be in this field for just the money without providing the required service! FLEE AWAY FROM HIM NOR HIS RECOMMENDATIONS esp in cases other than Immigration, even in that you might need to seek a fifth opinion for verification and safeguard.

He is very professional and knowledgeable along with his staff. During my very stressful immigration issues with school and work, he provided professional assistance.

This man stole our money and did nothing while my husband was deported. He needs to be in jail for swindling immigrants.
